Application for BCHC.COM Client Access Account

Backcountry Horsemen of California, Inc. (BCHC) does not permit distribution of its membership information to outside interests. Neither does BCHC condone distribution of membership rosters containing members' address and telephone information to non-BCHC parties, nor to anyone not having specific reason to have such information.

Persons holding BCHC.COM Client Access Accounts affirm that Membership Rosters in their possession are for the sole purpose of conducting BCHC and Local Unit communication. Authorization to use or distribute BCHC Membership Rosters for any other purpose is neither expressed nor implied.


All Client Access accounts are closed each January 1 and are unavailable until and unless BCHC has received your Unit's Annual Officer Report for the new year. During that time, Report Forms are available ONLINE at Local Units page.

NO OTHER MEANS OF REPORTING WILL BE ACCEPTED.

After a Unit's initial report is received, that Unit's eligible personnel may apply for Client Access. If revisions or changes to any Unit's personnel roster must be reported, the Revised Report submission form may be located after logging in to Client Access.is available via Client Access.

Applications are not processed automatically. They are first checked to verify eligibility. Applicants will be notified by e-mail when Client Access has been processed.
